Trip information is provided to give our clients an idea
of what to expect when they arrive at our office for their
fishing trip. We have outlined the main information, but if

Derby tickets
Every year Homer has a Halibut Derby. They award prize money
for the 4 largest Halibut each month and for the season. NEW
IN 2007: Lady Angler prize goes to the female (any age) who
catches the largest halibut during the month - prize is
$500. You can purchase your Homer Derby Tickets at our
office. Things can get hectic in the office, so please
remind us if we forget to offer you one.

Reservation Policy
We require a deposit of 50% of your total booking price, less
tax to hold your reservation. We accept Visa & MasterCard.
The balance is due before departure. Personal checks, money
orders and cash are also accepted.
Check-in policy
Please contact our office the day before your scheduled departure
for directions to the boat and departure time. Departure times
vary with the tides: therefore last minute changes are not
unusual.
Cancellation policy
Should you need to cancel your fishing trip with us, please
do so at least 2 weeks before the trip. A cancellation fee
of 10% will be retained on all cancellations up to 2 weeks
before the trip. Cancellations less than 2 weeks before the
departure date will require the deposit to be forfeited.
No-show reservations will be charged the total cost of the
trip.
Weather policy
We do our best to accommodate your fishing trip with us, but
should the weather be unfavorable, we reserve the right to
cancel the fishing trip for safety reasons. In the unlikely
event this should happen, we will cheerfully refund your
money or reschedule to another date, whichever you prefer.
If we make it to the fishing grounds and start fishing, then
encounter bad weather, we will retain a percentage of the
cost depending on the circumstances.
